TrakSoft LLC, an 18-year old Software Development Firm, is looking for Domestic and International Distributors.

Our Partner Program for Distributors Include:

• Sales Leads. Sales leads are passed on to you from our advertising efforts for your territory.
• No investment or inventory to purchase or maintain.
• We provide marketing samples, training as needed, and on-line and phone support.
• Free Distributor Version (NFR) of our product to provide demos.

Distributors. Distributors have a large exclusive territory and usually have two or more Resellers or sales staff. Distributors can market outside their territory as long as they don't encroach on another Distributor's territory. We will pass on any Sales Leads and Reseller Applications we receive for your territory.

Distributor Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage a sales staff sufficient to cover the territory.
2. Locate and develop relationship with potential clients.
3. Represent Contract Analyst to current and new clients.
4. If planning on providing professional services, such as installation, setup, data conversion, and training, obtain and maintain the necessary technology and skill sets to provide the services. This can be done via direct hire or contracting out the services.
5. Make one sale within the first six months and at least one sale each quarter thereafter.

Exclusive Territories. A territory may be one or more cities/townships, counties, states, and even countries. The available territories are listed in our application. If you do not see an area on our territory list that you are interested in, please request that area in the comments area of your application. If a territory is marked "Resellers Only", that territory has already been assigned to a Distributor. The Distributor may be looking for Resellers. If the territory is marked "Pending Application", there is a pending Distributor application for that territory. If a pending application is not accepted, then you may be considered for that territory.

Distributor Requirements:

• Meet one of the following requirements:
  

  1. Experience Requirement	OR	2. Business Requirement
  1. Have one or more years in marketing, sales, or distribution management. 2. Agree to develop a sales staff adequate enough to cover the territory. 3. Work under TrakSoft as a 1099 contractor.	OR	1. Have been in business for at least one year and meet all state and local business licensing requirements. 2. Have a sales staff or two or more Resellers, or developing a sales staff adequate enough to cover the territory. 3. Have an established and professional organizational web site with organizational e-mail addresses. 4. Have an appropriate business type for marketing and supporting our products.

  
  
• If planning on providing installation, training, and support services for our products, must have an adequately trained staff and the necessary technology and equipment.
  
  
• Have the technology and equipment available to provide product demonstrations.
